Hier wird eine teilmöblierte Wohnung im Dachgeschoss angeboten. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor einigen Jahren neu ausgebaut. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Kabelanschluss. Das Bad hat eine ebenerdige Dusche sowie Platz für eine Waschmaschine und für einen Trockner. Die Küche ist modern und voll funktionsfähig.
Das Wohnhaus mit 4 Wohnparteien befindet sich quasi im Zentrum der Stadt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 2 Minuten entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt um die Ecke, wo man mit dem Bus direkt zur Uni oder zur FH kommt. In 10 Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone zum Shoppen oder Feiern. Der Stadtpark ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke und der wunderschöne Pfälzer Wald ist auch nicht weit weg.
Es wird vorzugsweise an Studenten vermietet. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und erstreckt sich über die Wendeltreppe auf eine zweite Ebene. Die offene Wohnküche hängt ebenfalls am Wohnzimmer dran. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben eine Dachschräge und sind gleich groß.
