Hallo, ich bin für ein knappes Jahr im Ausland und suche ab sofort einen netten Untermieter (bis 01.09.2020) bzw. auch Nachmieter, dem ich meine Wohnung in vertrauensvolle Hände geben kann. Die Wohnung ist schön hell,verfügt über einen großen überdachten Balkon mit Steinboden. Sie hat ein modernes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, große Wohnküche mit Herd und Kühlschrank. DIe Wohnung wird mit Benutzung des Kellers und eines Bodens vermietet. Anmietung eines PKW-Stellplatzes durch die Wohnungsgesellschaft möglich. Unter den Nachbarn im Haus wird ein guter, reundlicher Umgangston gepflegt. Mindestens 1 mal im Jahr gibt es ein Sommergrillen. Bei weiteren Fragen oder Interesse an weiteren Bildern am besten per Handy kontaktieren. Bei Interesse einfach melden. Bin gerade stark beschäftigt, deswegen kann es sein, dass ich nicht sofort an das Handy gehe.
Ruhiges parkähnliches Ambiente, trotz Nähe zur Macherstraße ruhige Wohngegend.
