Hallo,
Ich suche zum 01.09. einen Nachmieter für meine 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Kiel Holtenau.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca. 20m²), ein kleineres Zimmer (ca.12m²) und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer (ca. 17m²).
Die Küche ist schön hell und relativ geräumig, des Weiteren gibt es ein kleines Duschbad.
Zudem ist die Untervermietung gestattet, perfekt z.B. für eine WG Neugründung :)
Ein kleiner Garten zur Mitbenutzung ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Hinterhof gibt es Fahrradstellplätze, auch hatte ich nie Probleme einen Parkplatz zu finden.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, zum Wasser runter sind es ca. 50m.
Auch die nächste Bushaltestelle, ein Supermarkt und mehrere Arztpraxen liegen ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Auch kommt man sehr schnell auf die B76!
Bin kein Profi-Fotograf, also macht euch doch gerne selbst ein Bild und kommt auf eine Besichtigung vorbei!
