Die schöne zwei Zimmer Wohnung mit gemütlicher Küche und Südbalkon eignet sich perfekt als WG oder als Wohnung allein.
Durch den Altbau hat die Wohnung hohe Decken und große Fenster, die das Tageslicht herein lassen.
Der Flur bietet Platz für eine kleine Gaderobe und das Bad ist zwar klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein:
In nur wenigen Minuten ist man bei der Bushaltestelle Westring oder Professor-Petersplatz. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist ebenfalls nah bei und ein paar Häuser weiter ist ein Rewe und ein Rossmann.
Außerdem sind das Döner Dreieck und verschiedene Bäckereien sowie der Schrevenpark einen Katzensprung entfernt.
In 15 min an der Uni.
Eine Waschmaschine und der Küchentisch inkl. Stühle sollen im Idealfall übernommen werden.
Da alle aus der Wohnung ausziehen, wird ein*e neue*r Hauptmieter*in gesucht.
Bitte schreibe mir eine kurze Vorstellung und wann du im Februar für eine Besichtigung Zeit hättest.
