Die Wohnung ist hell, sonnig, frisch renoviert, mit neuer Küche und neuem Dusch-Bad. Neues Laminat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für eine 2er WG. Es sind 2 größere Zimmer, die nach vorne gehen und ein kleineres Zimmer, das zum Hinterhof geht. Der Hinterhof ist ziemlich groß, so dass man einen netten Ausblick, auch ins Grüne hat. Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig. Man merkt nicht, dass man in der Stadt wohnt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, am Seefischmarkt. Perfekte Nähe zur Fachhochschule. Bus und Fähranbindung in unmittelbarer Nähe! Mit dem Fahrrad schnell an der FH. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.
In die Kieler Innenstadt kommt man sehr gut mit Bus und Fähre. Direkte Nähe zum Geomar Institut.
Die Wohnung sollte an ein Studentenpärchen bzw. 2 Personen vermietet werden, die beide gerne dort länger wohnen möchten.
