Hallo.
Da ich für drei Monate (Mai - Juli) in einer anderen Stadt ein Praktikum mache, biete ich für diese Zeit meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Es handelt sich um eine schöne, vor wenigen Jahren renovierte Erdgeschosswohnung mit großer Fensterfront und Zugang zu einem kleinem Garten sowie einer Grünanlage. Durch die Ausrichtung auf den Innenbereich der Wohnsiedlung ist man von Verkehrslärm gut abgeschirmt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Kölner Stadtteil Riehl, in Nähe zum Zoo und Botanischen Garten, außerdem zum schönen Rheinabschnitt Riehler Aue. Nahe gelegen ist die Stammheimer Straße, sozusagen der Riehler Ortskern mit etwas Gastronomie, Geschäften, Bäckereien und Supermarkt (Rewe). Von der nächsten Haltestelle (10 min zu Fuß) ist man in wenigen Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Die Wohnung ist hell und offen (Ausrichtung nach Osten), alle Wohnräume bis auf das Badezimmer sind ohne Türen miteinander verbunden (siehe Fotos).
Ich vermiete die Wohnung für 750 Euro pro Monat. Darin sind auch alle Nebenkosten enthalten. Zusätzlich verlange ich eine Kaution von 500 Euro.
Abschließend noch zwei Hinweise:
- Der Garten muss von den Mietenden gemäht werden. Das muss du nicht alle zwei Wochen machen, aber
grundsätzlich dazu bereit sein. Werkzeuge sind verfügbar
- Insgesamt ist die Wohnung etwas schlicht eingerichtet. Alles was man zum täglichen Leben für die Dauer von drei
Monaten benötigt ist jedoch vorhanden ;)

Hello.
I offer my flat for a temporary rent from May to July. The flat is at ground level, ligth with lots of windows, a nice little garden and a green space at its front. Inside you won't hear any traffic noise.
The flat is situated in Riehl, a northern quarter of Köln with the zoo and botanical garden nearby, as well as beautiful meadows at the Rhein. You have a supermarket and other shops nearby. Tram and bus stops are accessible in 10 minutes.
I rent out the flat for 750 Euros per month as well as a bail of 500 Euro.
Please note that the small lawn of the garden has to be mowed from time to time. You should be willing to do that.
Furthermore i want to point out that the flat is furnished and equipped rather simple. Yet, everything you will need within three months is there.
