Die Fenster sind in zwei Himmelsrichtungen angeordnet und ermöglichen eine Querlüftung sowie eine tolle Belichtung.
Im innenliegenden Hof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Pkw-Stellplätze befinden sich ausreichend im öffentlichen Straßenraum.

The apartment is located in the attic of an 8-party house in the center of Köthen.
All rooms are accessed through the central corridor. The apartment is not only suitable for families and couples, but also for shared flats (max 3-shared). The kitchen is separate and allows you to hide the mess after cooking. ;-)
All living rooms and kitchen are equipped with a modern and insensitive design-venyl-floor, the bathroom is tiled.
The windows are arranged in two directions and allow cross-ventilation and great lighting.
In the inner courtyard bicycles can be parked. Car parking spaces are sufficiently in the public street space.
Der nächste Supermarkt, der Hauptbahnhof und die Köthener Innenstadt sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Der Campus der Hochschule ist in rd. 6 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Das sogenannte Ratke-Gebäude der HS-Anhalt in der Lohmannstraße (Lehr-, Büro- und Laborgebäude: Dekanat FB INS, Computerpools, Sprachenzentrum, Landesstudienkolleg, Gründerzentrum, Fachschaft, Institut für angewandte Informatik e.V. ) befindet sich nur 350 m entfernt.

The nearest supermarket, the main train station and the Köthen city center are within walking distance.
The campus of the university is in approx. 6 minutes by bike. The so-called Ratke Building of HS-Anhalt in the Lohmannstraße (teaching, office and laboratory buildings: Deanery FB INS, computer pools, Language Center, State College, Incubator, Student Union, Institut für angewandte Informatik e.V.) is located just 350 meters away.
