Upper floor of a house with garden

The house is on two floors, it has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, storage space and a big shared garden. The kitchen and the bathrooms are shared but the two floors are quite independent from each other and give enough privacy to everyone. My room is on the bottom floor; while the top floor has two large but connected rooms (~40 m2 total).
About me (your prospected housemate): my name is Martina, from Italy, I am 32 and I work as a postdoc in Ecology at the Max Planck Institute for Animal Behaviour in Konstanz. I live in this house since 1 year and I love it (especially the garden). The neighbours are very nice and I always had very good communication with the landlord. Starting from March 1st my current housemates will unfortunately leave and I would like to rent the two rooms of the upper floor together, since they are connected and not ideal to be rented as two separate units. The rooms will be rented mostly unfurnished but bathrooms and kitchen/common area have all that is needed. The price for both rooms is 900€ (warmmiete). The rent will be initially until September 2023 but this period can be likely extended.
