Die Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer, Küche, Bad und Flur liegt liebevoll in Alt Sammit bei Krakow am See.
Die Wohnung ist komplette möbeliert. Und wird von uns im Sommer benutzt.
Die Wände in Wohn- und Schlafzimmern sind mit Lehmverputzt und geben damit ein optimales Raumklima.
Geheizt wird nur mit Holz. In allen Zimmern stehen Öfen und auch Alte Kachelöfen zur Verfügung.
Im Bad gibt es ein Badeofen und Boiler, in der Küche Holzherd, an der Spüle ein Boiler.
Alt sammit ist ein kleines lebendiges Dörfchen. Paar mal am Tag gibt es einen Bus, aber mit Auto(5 min )oder Fahrrad(10min) ist man schnell in Krakow am See. Wo es allerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Kik, Bäcker, Apotheken und mehr) sowie Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung gibt.
Ein Fußmarsch entfernt gibt es einen wunderschönen Badesee. Am Anfang des Ortes ein Reitergestüht.
