Der Zugang über den Laubengang ist hell und freundlich gestaltet. Ein Schlüsselsafe aussen an der Wand ermöglicht den selbständigen, kontaktlosen Zugang zu jeder Zeit. Wir geben Ihnen bei der Buchung den jeweils gültigen Code für den Safe bekannt.
Von der Diele aus gelangt man in das komfortabel eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit einem grossen Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett ausgestattet. Nachfolgend - ebenfalls von der Diele aus zu betreten befindet sich das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Üppig viel Stauraum bietet der separate Vorratsraum, der praktisch mit Regalen eingerichtet ist.
Die eigens angefertigte Einbauküche ist mit allen Utensilien und Geräten ausgestattet und bietet in Kombination mit dem Ess- und Wohnbereich den zentralen Platz in der Wohnung. Hier kann ausgiebig gekocht sowie herzhaft geschlemmt werden. Ein bequemes Tagesbet laden zum Entspannen ein und der Flachbild TV sorgt für die entsprechende Unterhaltung.
Der grosse Balkon sorgt für warmes, angenehmes Licht. Hier verbringen Sie - nach Süden ausgerichtet - Ihren Feierabend. Ihr Fahrzeug parkt in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und zur Isar sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.

The chic apartment includes everything desired for a relaxed " living on time" and was completed only a few months ago and furnished with brand new furniture.
The access via the pergola is bright and friendly. A key safe outside on the wall allows independent, contactless access at any time. We will give you the valid code for the safe at the time of booking.
From the hallway you enter the comfortably furnished bedroom equipped with a large double bed and a single bed. Following - also to be entered from the hallway is the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Ample storage space is provided by the separate pantry, which is practically furnished with shelves.
The custom-built fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances and offers in combination with the dining and living area the central place in the apartment. Here you can cook extensively as well as feast heartily. A comfortable day bed invite you to relax and the flat screen TV provides the appropriate entertainment.
The large balcony provides warm, pleasant light. Here you spend - facing south - your evening. Your vehicle is parked in the in-house underground garage. The stores for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity and it is only a few minutes walk to the Isar.

Die Bahnhofstrasse 8 wurde erst im Spätsommer 2020 fertiggestellt - hierbei handelt es sich also um einen Neubau und einen Erstbezug. Das Wohnensemble ist sehr zentral gelegen, bietet alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in fußläufiger Umgebung und ist mit der direkt vor Ort befindlichen Bahnhof sowie die Bushaltestelle optimal an den Nahverkehr angeschlossen.
