Hallo,Ich suche eine Untermieterin/ Zwischenmieterin für meine schöne 2-Zimmerwohnung in Landsberg im Zeitraum von Anfang Juni bis Ende September.
Die Wohnung beinhaltet eine Einbauküche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und sie ist möbliert (Kleiderschrank, Bett, Fernseher,Esstisch).
Mir ist ganz wichtig das es eine vertrauensvolle Person ist und nur an eine Frau geht.
Ich möchte das die Wohnung ordentlich und sauber gehalten wird und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Bevorzuge eine Nichtraucherin.
Die Miete beträgt 850,00 € für 63² Wohnfläche, hierbei ist alles inbegriffen, Strom, Müll, Waschmaschine, Internet und der PKW-Stellplatz.
Würde mich sehr freuen wenn sich eine zuverlässige, vertrauenswürdige Dame findet, die in der Zeit auf meine Wohnung aufpasst.
