Ich biete meine Wochenende-Wohnung preisgünstig, da ich verreise und sie umsonst leer steht.
Sie verfügt über Alles was man für das Alltag Braucht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngemeinschaft. Deswegen suche ich nach einer verantwortungsvollen Person, der die Wohnung und die Location geniessen mag.
Nach Berlin (Alexanderplatz) sind mit dem Auto 30 bis (eher) 40min. Das ist eine gute Zeit. In der Regel die gleiche Zeit wie wenn man in Berlin von A nach B unterwegs ist.
Wenn man kein Auto zu verfügung hat und nach Berlin häufig musst würde ich diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen.
Die Wohnung hat kein Internet, da ich mein LTE vom Handy benutzte. Wenn es umbedingt Internet haben soll, können wir auf Aufpreis was organisieren.
