Hallo liebe potenzielle Mieter, da ich mir eine etwas längere Reise vorgenommen habt, dürft Ihr in meinen bescheidenen 4 Wänden wohnen. Es ist kein Luxuspalast, aber es ist alles da was man braucht und vll. auch nicht braucht uuuund ich mache sogar vorher richtig doll sauber inkl. wischen hihi
Spaß beiseite. Ich suche eine(n) vertrauensvolle(n) und seriöse(n) Mieter(in), der/die in der Zeit von Anfang November 2017 bis Mitte/Ende Januar 2018 in meine 2 (eigentlich 3) -Raumwohnung ziehen möchten.
Es ist eine schöne Eckwohnung im 1.OG und ruhigem Umfeld.
Es gibt ein Bad mit Wanne, eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, HD-TV, Internet mit WLAN und eine voll eingerichtete Küche.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ca. 20qm groß, das Schlafzimmer knapp ca.16qm.
Das Bett ist zwar nur 1,40m breit, aber dann kuschelt man wenigstens zu zweit.
