Die Wohnung ist ca. 57qm groß, hell und warm. 3 Leute können hier gemütlich übernachten.
Es gibt ein Queensize-Bett (1,40) im Schlafzimmer und eine Couch im Wohnzimmer, auf der ich selbst schon ein paar Nächte verbracht habe.
Das Badezimmer ist zwar nicht groß, aber dank der Badewanne kannst man sich aussuchen, ob man lieber baden oder duschen möchte.
Die Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank, einem Herd und den gängigen Küchenutensilien gut ausgestattet.
Die Waschmaschine ist im Keller untergebracht.
Die Miete enthält alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, WLAN).

The flat measures 57sqm. It's bright, warm and cosy. Three people can stay here comfortably.
There's a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room where I already spent a couple of nights myself.
The bathroom isn't that big but the bathtub will be your friend wether you're in the mood for a shower or bath.
The kitchen has anything you need: a big fridge, a stove (+ oven) and the usual kitchenware.
The washing machine is in the basement.
The rent is inclusive of all utilities (electricity, heating and wifi).
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im Süden Leipzigs, genauer gesagt in Connewitz, einem alternativen und lebendigem Stadtteil. Als Veganer*In hat man es hier besonders leicht, etwas leckeres zu essen zu finden. Bars, Clubs und Spätis sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Aber auch der Wald und Badeseen liegen gleich um die Ecke, wenn man mal genug vom Trubel der Stadt hat. Von den polternden Straßenbahnen oder den Kneipen und ihren Besuchern bekommt man in der Wohnung auch nichts mit.

The flat is located in a quiet street in the south of Leipzig – in Connewitz an alternative and vibrant neighbourhood. If you're vegan, you'll love it here because there are amazing vegan restaurants and takeaways at every turn. Pubs, clubs and Spätis (open-late-shops) are within walking distance. If you are tired of the city's buzz, it also takes only a few minutes to be in the wood or at some of the nearby lakes.
Die Nähe zum Connewitzer Kreuz ist für Gäste des WGT besonders praktisch: Das Werk II ist weniger als 5 Minuten zu erlaufen ebenso wie die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, von der aus man fast alle Veranstaltungsstätten direkt mit der Tram erreichen kann.

The flat is located just around the corner of Connewitzer Kreuz which makes it a convenient place to stay for guest of the Wave-Gotik-Treffen. The venue Werk II where the Gotic Pogo Festival takes place is in 5min walking distance as well as the tram station from where you can reach almost every venue of WGT directly by tram.
