Ich biete eine helle, ruhige Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete von August 2009 bis März 2010 an, da ich für diesen Zeitraum ins Ausland gehe. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil Leipzig (2 min bis ins Rosental) mit kurzen Wegen in die Stadt (12 min Bahn, 10 min Rad, 20 min zu Fuß). Die Straßenbahn ist circa 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 3 min erreichbar.
Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert vermietet, hat eine Einbauküche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Außerdem ist Internet und Kabelfernsehen vorhanden.
Das Bad ist mit einer großzügigen Wanne ausgestattet und besitzt zudem einen Handtuchtrockner.
Im Schlafzimmer ist zur Zeit ein Hochbett aufgebaut, aber ich kann auf Wunsch auch gern ein Futonbett aufbauen.
In der ganzen Wohnung liegt altes Eichenparkett. Küche und Bad sind gefliest. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich Im Waschraum im Keller und kann bequem per Fahrstuhl erreicht werden.
