Schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Gohlis abzugeben.
Wir sind eine WG die sich entschlossen hat wo anders hinzuziehen, weswegen wir unsere Wohnung aufgeben.
Die zwei großen Zimmer(ca. 20 qm) haben beide große Fenster und zeigen Richtung Süd-West, wewegen es den ganzen Tag schön hell ist. Das kleinere Zimmer (ca. 13 qm) ist zum Innenhofraus und von daher etwas ruhiger.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert abgegeben, die Küche bleibt allerdings drin (also Kühlschrank, Herd, Tisch und Arbeitsflächen).
Das Bad hat eine Dusche und einen Platz für eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist definitiv WG-geeignet.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Georg-Schumann Straße, weswegen die ÖPNV-Anbindung wirklich top ist. Es sind die Linien 4,10,11,12 und die S-Bahn alle in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zudem gibt es auch diverse Supermärkte und Discounter in nächster Nähe (Rewe ist z.b. das Nachbarhaus).
Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der Bahn ca 10min und zu Fuß etwa 20-30 Minuten.
