The apartment is large and well illuminated! The common area is huge and equipped with huge windows too, you feel like you are outdoors while being at home, with plenty of light and ventilation and sometimes beautiful birds that come to visit us by the window. There is also a perfect bathtub to warm you up during the winter. And speaking of winter, we have several heaters that work perfectly!
The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with all necessary utensils such as: stove, oven, fridge, sink and cabinets +
dishes, containers, and cutlery.
I have some furniture like racks, TV and sofas but still have plenty of space if you want to bring your things. I also have a tree but would like to have many plants (feel free to bring yours too).
From this floor we have direct access to the rooftop and stairs with access to the garden.
The building is restored and the neighborhood is quiet.

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut beleuchtet! Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist riesig und mit riesigen Fenstern ausgestattet. Sie fühlen sich wie zu Hause im Freien, mit viel Licht und Belüftung und manchmal schönen Vögeln, die uns am Fenster besuchen. Es gibt auch eine perfekte Badewanne, um Sie im Winter aufzuwärmen. Apropos Winter, wir haben mehrere Heizungen, die perfekt funktionieren!
Die Küche ist geräumig und ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet wie: Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spüle und Schränke
Geschirr, Behälter und Besteck.
Ich habe einige Möbel wie Regale, Fernseher und Sofas, aber trotzdem viel Platz, wenn Sie Ihre Sachen mitbringen möchten. Ich habe auch einen Baum, möchte aber viele Pflanzen haben (zögern Sie nicht, auch Ihren mitzubringen).
Von dieser Etage haben wir direkten Zugang zum Dach und Treppen mit Zugang zum Garten.
Das Gebäude ist restauriert und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig.

El apartamento es grande y bien iluminado. El área común es enorme y está equipada con enormes ventanas también, te sientes como si estuvieras al aire libre mientras estás en casa, con mucha luz y ventilación y, a veces, hermosas aves que vienen a visitarnos por la ventana. También hay una bañera perfecta para calentarte durante el invierno. Y hablando de invierno, tenemos varios calentadores que funcionan perfectamente!
La cocina es espaciosa y está equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios como: estufa, horno, nevera, fregadero y armarios + platos, recipientes y cubiertos.
Tengo algunos muebles como bastidores, televisores y sofás, pero todavía tengo mucho espacio si quieres traer tus cosas. También tengo un árbol pero me gustaría tener muchas plantas (siéntase libre de traer el suyo también).
Desde esta planta tenemos acceso directo a la azotea y escaleras con acceso al jardín.
El edificio está restaurado y el barrio es tranquilo.

O apartamento é amplo e bem iluminado! A área comum é enorme e equipada com janelas enormes também, você se sente como se estivesse outdoors dentro de casa, com bastante iluminação e ventilação e, às vezes, lindos pássaros que vêm nos visitar na janela. Há também uma banheira perfeita para nos aquecer durante o inverno. E por falar em inverno, temos vários aquecedores que funcionam perfeitamente!
A cozinha é espaçosa e está equipada com todos os utensilios necessários como fogão, forno, geladeira, pia e armários.
Tenho alguns móveis como racks, TV e sofás mais ainda tem bastante espaço, caso queira trazer suas coisas. Tenho também uma árvore mas gostaria de ter muitas plantas (sinta-se livre para trazer as tuas também).
Deste andar, temos acesso direto ao rooftop e escadas com acesso ao jardim.
O edificio é restaurado e a vizinhança é tranquila.
