Da ich jobbedingt in eine neue Stadt ziehe, suche ich für meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Leipzig-Leutzsch einen Nachmieter.

- in max. 3 Minuten an der Haltestelle "Rathaus Leutzsch"
- Aldi ist in max. 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen
- Einkaufszentrum "Leutzsch Arkaden" sind in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (dort findet man REWE, Penny, McGeiz, Rossmann, Post, Kiosk)
- 3 Haltestellen (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß) weiter befindet sich die S-Bahn-Haltestelle "S-Bahnhof Leutzsch"
Ich suche hier einen ruhigen und netten Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
Die Einbauküche kann gegen Gebühr von 450 EUR übernommen werden (beinhaltet Herd von AEG mit Glaskeramikkochfeld und Backofen).
Ein Garagenstellplatz kann für 40 EUR pro Monat angemietet werden.
