meine tolle Altbauwohnung möchte ich gerne für 5 Monate zwischenvermieten. Ich würde mich aber auch 3 Monate einlassen (das aber mindestens).
Ihr werdet selten noch eine solch schöne Wohnung in der Lage zu dem Preis finden.
Besonders schön: Im Schlafzimmer und der Küche sind weißgestrichene Holzdielen, im Wohnzimmer Stäbchenparkett bzw. Dielenboden befindlich. Keine Rauhfaser sondern Putz - > toller Charme!
Die Wohnung liegt im angesagten Viertel Lindenau. Ihr habt den Kaufland 2 Minuten entfernt, sowie Post, Banken, Bäcker und auch einen Wochenmarkt. Der Park ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Straßenbahnanbindung ist super!
Die Whg hat alles drin was ihr braucht, also WaMa, volleingerichtete Küche, Schränke, Tische, Bett, etc.
