Hiermit würden wir gerne unsere wunderbare Wohnung am Lindenauer Markt zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Sie hat zwei ähnlich große quardratische Zimmer je ca 16-18 qm, tolles Bad und Küche mit großem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist erstmal zur Zwischenmiete ausgeschrieben, kann danach höchstwahrscheinlich aber ganz übernommen werden. Sie ist möbliert mit 1 Bett, 1 Sofa, 2 Schränken, 2 Schreibtischen, vielen Stühlen usw...
Falls ihr zu zweit seit und kein Paar seit wäre ein zusätzliches Bett noch von Nöten.
Im Notfall, könntet ihr die Wohnung auch unmöbliert haben.
Im Moment liegt die Wohnung bei 327 Euro Warmmiete, es könnte aber 20-30 Euro teurer werden wegen der hohen Nachzahlung. Strom kostet 45 Euro im Monat, aber da könnte man auch den Anbieter wechseln.
