Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet, aber mehr als ausreichend für eine Person und groß genug für ein Paar.
As usual ist alles in Laufnähe zu erreichen: Tram und Bus, alle Arten von Supermärkten, JunkFood, Bars, Palmengarten und Clara-Zetkin-Park, etc.
Von hier ist aus ist man in 15min in der Innenstadt/Bhf, in 10min auf der Spinnerei und in 30min am Kulkwitzer See.
Es gibt einen großen Garten hinter dem Haus, den sich zwei Häuser miteinander teilen. Es ist eine schöne familiäre Gemeinschaft mit vielen Kids und man kennt sich untereinander. Meine Vermieterin und mein Vermieter sind ein junges Paar und wohnen direkt unter mir. Sie sind super entspannt und helfen immer gerne. Deshalb ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass sich auch jemand nettes und verantwortungsbewusstes für die Zwischenmiete findet.
Schreibe/Schreibt gerne was zu dir/euch und was dich/euch nach Leipzig zieht.
Am Besten wäre es natürlich wenn du/ihr persönlich vorbei kommst/kommt und dir/euch die Wohnung in Ruhe anschaut aber VideoCall geht natürlich auch immer.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

very quiet, located near Lindenauer Markt

1 living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hall
The apartment is not suitable for a shared flat, but big enough for a couple or one person.
Everything is within walking distance: tram and bus, all kinds of supermarkets, junk food, bars, Palmengarten and Clara-Zetkin-Park, etc.
It‘s 15min to the city center/main station, 10min to the Spinnerei and 30min to the Kulkwitzer See.
There is a big garden behind the house, which is shared by two houses. It is a very nice family community with many kids, everybody knows each other. My landlady and my landlord are a young couple and live in the apartment below me. They are super relaxed and always ready to help. Therefore it is very important to me that someone nice and responsible can be found for the sublease.
It would be nice if you write something about yourself and what brings you to Leipzig.
I‘d prefer if you come by personally to visit the apartment but VideoCall is possible too.
