Schöne 2-Raum Wohnung nahe Spinnerei // Zwischenmiete // Please read the text!!

Hallo!

Ab sofort - Mitte/Ende Oktober 2020 wird in Leipzig-Lindenau in der Lützner Str. (5min von der Baumwollspinnerei entfernt) meine schöne, große Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Der Zeitraum ist flexibel. Ich komme zwischen Mitte und Ende Oktober wieder.
Der Preis im Inserat ist der monatliche Preis!
Durch eine Verlängerung oder Verkürzung der Mietzeit verändert sich natürlich auch der Mietpreis.
Hier bitte einfach nachfragen, wir können uns da auch entgegen kommen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hat viel Platz, ist selbst ausgebaut und nach hinten ruhig gelegen mit weitem Ausblick auf einen großen Innenhof. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich nach vorne raus zur Lützner Str.
Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hat abgeschliffene Dielen und zum Teil roh verputzte Wände.
Die Küche ist riesig und beinhaltet gleichzeitig das Wohnzimmer (mit dem Wohnzimmer ist das zweite Zimmer gemeint). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine auf halber Treppe, Internet was ich mit meinem Nachbarn teile, Warmwasser über einen Boiler (bitte sparsam mit umgehen). Die Wohnung hat eine Ofenheizung, ich gehe aber davon aus, dass man die im Oktober noch nicht anschmeißen muss.
Sie befindet sich im 3.Stock, hat 72qm, Süd - und Nordseite und ist möbliert.
Ein Zimmer werde ich während meiner Abwesenheit als Abstellraum für mein Zeug nutzen.
Dieses wird nicht mitvermietet!

Im Haus sind viele junge Leute und drei Familien, die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, alle im Haus kennen sich und sitzen auch mal zusammen im Innenhof an der Feuertonne oder grillen. Rauchen ist in der Küche am Fenster erlaubt, ansonsten ist das eine Nichtraucher Wohnung. Gemütliche Abende und Essen in der Wohnung ja, Partys nö.

Hello,

I'm subletting my cosy appartment in Leipzig - Lindenau in Lützner Str. (5mins from Baumwollspinnerei - an old factory area with lots of galleries), from basically now on - mid/end of October 2020.
The time for the sublet is flexible. I'm gone until sometime between Mid to End of October. Also the price changes then of course. The price that I put into the ad is the one for a month!
Just let me know which time you prefer and we'll find a way.

The appartment has aprox. 72sqm, is fully furnished, very bright and in the 3rd floor of the house.
In the house everyone knows each other and it has a very friendly atmosphere where we sometimes have a fire or evening with wine in the backyard.
The view out of the window is on the one side to the big inner yard and on the other side to the street.
The kitchen is huge and is also the living room (the living room is the second room in the description) at the same time. One room in the appartment is not for rent, cause it will be the room where I put my stuff.
The rent includes Internet (that I share with my neighbour), water, washing mashine.
The appartment is oven heated but from the past years I know that the oven is not needed to be used until the end of October, so no worries about that.

My appartment is non-smoking. In the kitchen it is possible to smoke at the window.
Male or Female is both fine.
Inviting friends and having diner is totally fine as long it is not a party. We have many families in the house and it is important to respect the sleeping times of the others.
