Ich suche eine Nachmieterin/einen Nachmieter für eine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung.
Diese ist ruhig gelegen und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Haltestelle und Joggingrunde vor der Tür.
Bis zur Uni oder Innenstadt fährst Du mit der Bahn weniger als zehn Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad auch.
Möbel und Interieur kommen noch raus. Ich ziehe kommenden Monat in eine andere Stadt. Küche könnte allerdings gern übernommen werden, ist aber ganz schlicht bis spartanisch. Hab mich in der angebotenen Wohnung sehr Wohl gefühlt. Die anderen Mieter im Haus sind teilweise jung und teilweise alt, aber alle ganz prima, helfen gern und sind sehr umgänglich.
...Im belebten Osten...Bars, Clubs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke.
