Wir vermieten kurzfristig unsere schöne sanierte Altbau- Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer (mit Balkonzugang) , Küche und zwei Bädern für das WGT 2018. In den Schlafzimmern steht jeweils ein Doppelbett, es können also sechs Leute hier Platz finden.
Als Zeitraum stünde euch der 17.-21. Mai zur Verfügung, wir könnten aber auch gerne noch einen Tag danach ausmachen.
Die Schlafzimmer sind jeweils ca. 20 qm groß, möbliert und haben jeweils ein Doppelbett. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt im Osten der Stadt, in Neustadt-Neuschönefeld und ist in alle Richtungen gut angebunden. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 70 zum alten Messegelände und die Tram 1, Tram 3 und Tram 8. Gratis Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich zahlreich in direkter Umgebung (Mariannenstraße / Ludwigstraße).
Wenn ihr die ganze Wohnung nehmt, sind es 150€ pro Nacht.
Einzeln vermietet wären es 65€ pro Nacht pro Zimmer.

We spontaniously rent out our beautiful 3-room flat, It contains 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed per room. So we can easily accomodate 6 persons in here. The flat has a balcony, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and one big living-room. Towels and bed sheeds included.
We could offer you the time from 17. til 21. of May or you can stayone day longer if you wish.
The flat is located in the central east of the city with easy public transportation (via bis number 70 to Alte Messe or Tram 1, 3 and 8). Parking spaces in close distance.
If you rent the whole flat it would be 150€ per night. For one room ist 65€ per night.
