Weihnachten & Neujahr in Leipzig?
Hallo! Wir sind für ein paar Wochen im Ausland. Für diese Zeit darf hier gerne jemand anderes wohnen :)
2 Zimmer, eine riesige Küche, Bad, Flur - und alles schön hell mit großen Fenstern! Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock - aber es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.
Außerdem wohnt hier auch unsere liebenswerte, kuschelige Katze Violeta. Sie ist lieb, wirklich pflegeleicht und hat gerne Menschen um sich herum. Deshalb suchen wir jemanden, die/der Katzen mag und sich in den 3 Wochen in der Wohnung um Violeta kümmern kann.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe vom Friedrich-List-Platz, also sehr zentral. Der Stadtteilpark Rabet ist nicht weit und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind entspannt fußläufig zu erreichen (Rewe, Aldi, Konsum, Bäcker). Zum Hbf läuft man zu Fuß ca. 12 Minuten. Zur Eisenbahnstraße, die ja so langsam hip wird, läuft man nur 3 Minuten :)
In den Kosten ist alles drin: Warmmiete + Internet + TV + Katze :)
