Shops, restaurants and trendy bars are in the neighborhood.
The location offers short distances e.g. to local public transport, main train station, the city center and the University of Leipzig.
Long-term tenants are preferred (at least 2-5 years) - but just report, everyone will get an appointment with a very sociable landlord;)
It is a non-smoking apartment - for smokers there is a beautiful balcony facing the inner courtyard.
