Die Wohnung im Osten der Stadt hat eine Gesamtfläche von 34m² und unterteilt sich in einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche, Bad, einem geräumigen Flur und (das ist DER Pluspunkt für mich :D) einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Durch zwei große Fenster ist die Wohnung stets hell mit Tageslicht durchflutet.
Sie befindet sich im 4. Stock, welcher auch mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen ist. Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Kellerabteil.
Ich besitze keine Waschmaschine (mehr - die wurde mir tatsächlich aus dem Keller geklaut. Ich weiß...wtf. Es gibt einen Waschsalon an der Haltestelle Stannebeinplatz. Mit dem Bus dauert es 12 Minuten bis dorthin. :) )

The apartment is located in the East of the city and is 34m² in size with an open living and eating area as well as an open kitchen, bathroom, a spacious corridor and (that's my favourite part :D) a walk-in closet. Through two big windows you'll have plenty of daylight all the time. The apartment is on the 4th floor, which can be reached by an elevator, too. Furthermore there's a cellar compartment.
I don't have a washing machine (anymore - cuz it got stolen from the basement. I know...wtf. There's a washing salon located at the stop Stannebeinplatz which is 12 minutes by bus. :) ).
ÖPNV:
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. Es verkehren all 10 Minuten zwei Linien, mit welchem man innerhalb von 17 Minuten im Stadtzentrum ist.
Außerdem verkehren drei Buslinien. Die Bushhaltestelle ist in 5 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen.
Weiterhin befindet sich 8 Minuten entfernt ein Bahnhof, von welchem zwei Mal stündlich Züge bis zum Hauptbahnhof verkehren, womit man innerhalb von 5 Minuten das Zentrum erreichen kann.

The tram stop can be reached within 3 minutes. There are two lines departing every 10 minutes that take you to the city centre within 17 minutes. There are also three buslines; the bus stop is 6 minutes away. Furthermore, there's a train station 8 minutes away, where trains to the city centre depart two times an hour and it takes 5 minutes to reach the centre.
