Nachmieter gesucht für eine schöne, helle 2-Raum-Wohnung in Plagwitz, ideal für Singles oder Pärchen, mit großzügigem und gemütlichem Wohnbereich. Highlight der Dachgeschosswohnung ist die große Dachterrasse mit Südwest-Ausrichtung (Nachmittags- und Abendsonne). Das Tageslichtbad hat eine Badewanne und einen Waschmaschinen-Anschluss. Auf halber Treppe befindet sich ein Abstellraum. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein großes Kellerabteil.
Eine Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen und Spüle mit schwarzem Granitspülbecken ist vorhanden und sollte gegen eine Abstandszahlung von 400 EUR vom Vormieter übernommen werden. Es wäre auch noch Platz für eine schmale Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet.
Die Lage ist perfekt: Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle am Adler ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, im Umkreis von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Clubs wie Täubchenthal und Elipamanoke sind in der Nähe, auch zur Karl-Heine-Straße mit Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten ist es nicht weit.
