Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Karl-Heine-Kanal und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Das Wohnzimmer ist echt groß und die Wohnung hat einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, Sofa, Bett, Schreibtisch, neue Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd u.s.w.
Strom und super schnelles Internet ist auch dabei.
Die Wohnung ist gut isoliert, im Winter braucht man kaum Heizung und im Sommer kaum Ventilator.
Das Haus hat einen Fahrstul und Spielplatz und ist ruhig gelegen. Ganz grün hier.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 15 Mint fußläufig vom Clara Park.
Die nächste Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist Elsterpassage und ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Dort gibt es EDEKA, Rossman, Bäcker, MäcGeiz u.s.w.
Viele Resturants und gute Cafes sind auch nur 5-10 Mint entfernt.
In der Nähe sind gute Möglichkeiten Kanu zu fahren, Fahrrad fahren oder Grillen im Clara Park oder Basketball, Sport, Fußball spielen.
Beliebte Sachsenbrücke ist ca. 15 Mint entfernt ;)
