Suche Nachmieter:innen für meine wunderschöne Wohnung im Leipziger Westen. Die Wohnung hat Dielen, ein Bad mit Wanne und zu beiden Seiten einen Blick über Leipzig - nach Osten sieht man sogar das Völkerschlachtdenkmal, in der Wohnküche hat man Abends den Sonnenuntergang. Außerdem ist sie super hell und die Hausgemeinschaft ist nett. Ein Keller, ein kleiner Garten und eine Kammer auf halber Treppe gehören ebenfalls dazu.

Lidl, Rewe, Penny, DM, Fitnessstudio, Markhalle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man braucht zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten in den Wald und in den Park. Mit der Tram ist man in ca 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.

Bitte für Besichtigungstermin einfach bei mir melden. Die Hausverwaltung übernimmt dann den Rest. Beim Einzugsdatum bin ich leider nicht flexibel, ich brauche jemanden ab 1.12.

Die Wohnung ist theoretisch WG-geeignet, allerdings ist das Schlafzimmer viel kleiner als das Wohnzimmer (ca 13qm). Ich weiß nicht genau ob die Hausverwaltung WGs duldet, gehe aber davon aus, da auch WGs im Haus wohnen.
