Die Wohnung ist möbliert und verfügt über Schreibtisch, Esstisch, Stühle, Sofa, Ein großes Bett und eine Schlafcouch, Kleiderschrank etc. Auch an Küchenequipment ist alles notwendige von Mikrowelle bis Topf und Besteck vorhanden. Auch das Bettzeug mit Bettwäsche können gestellt werden.

Die Wohnung liegt in Plagwitz. Von dort braucht man ca. 15 Minuten ins Zentrum.
Plagwitz ist eine sehr angenehme Wohngegend. Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden und kann alles fußläufig erreichen: direkt um die Ecke besteht Anbindung mit der 3, 1 oder auch mit Bus 60. auf Wunsch kann ein Fahrrad übernommen werden. Man hat dann eine sehr angenehme Fahrt durch Parls und viel grün ins Zentrum.
