Flexibles Einzugsdatum! oder Auszugsdatum!
Ab Anfang Juli ist immer nur einer von uns Zuhause, vom 20.07.-20.08. sind wir beide unterwegs und ihr hättet die Bude wieder komplett für Euch. Bis Mitte Sept. könnte bei uns gewohnt werden, ... das könnte man alles flexibel absprechen...!
Wir machen weit weg Urlaub und unsere Wohnung ist frei. Sie ist wunderschön, mit großen Holzdielen, weißen Wänden und nur slebstgetöpfertem Geschirr, wir haben eine Hängematte im Wohnzimmer und eine Menge Pflanzen, die von euch versorgt werden wollen.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,4m-Bett, ein Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch und ein Gästezimmer mit 1,6m-Tagesbett, dazu ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit großem Tisch und vielen Büchern. Auf dem Nordbalkon wird man nicht braun, bekommt aber etwas Frischluft.

Wir sind hier im Leipziger Osten, in Reudnitz an der Grenze zu Neuschönefeld. Die Eisenbahnstraße und die Dresdener ist direkt um die Ecke und in unserer Straße ist es ruhig und angenehm. Der Park und Spielplatz ist keine 3 min entfernt und in alle Richtungen gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem wurde "unsere" Tischtennisplatte hier ganz in der Nähe repariert und ihr könnt dort abends spielen gehen! :-)
Wie gesagt könnt ihr auch früher einziehen oder länger bleiben. Wir sind ab dem 20.07. weg und dann seid ihr alleine.
We're on a long vacation in summer and want to sublet our apartment. It's possible to move in earlier or stay longer cause just one of us will be here and we have enough space. If you want more information in english, tell me please!
