Very cozy appartment located 20 mins Walking distance from the City Center. There is one bed room 15 m2, guestroom 18 m2, a big kitchen of 15 m2, bathroom 10 m2, corridor 3 m2.
Appartment is on 3 rd floor. Rooms are very bright. It is also, possible to rent the place and share it with other tenant.
I personally moved to the flat 01.11.2017 however due to private reasons i move back to my Country.
Tram Station is in 3 minutes Walking distance and Tram number 7 runs every 10 minutes. Appartment is fresh renovated and also, equiped with all required funuture (kitchen, tables, washing machine, fridge, Sofa, double bed and many cupboards).
Since, i move for good from Germany I would like also, to sell the funuture for an acceptable Price.
Kaufland, Aldi are only in 5-7 minutes Walking distance.
