Die Wohnung enthält eine Einbauküche und ist direkt bewohnbar. Die Ausstattung ist relativ gewöhnlich, alles ist einfach aber ordentlich. Ganz angenehm ist der eigene Eingang, der auf dem Flurbild gut zu sehen ist, so kann man direkt in die Wohnung.
Fußläufig zu den Fakultäten am Universitätsklinikum, es gibt Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der Teil von Reudnitz ist auch wirklich schön im Gegensatz zu dem Bereich östlich der Hauptstraße :)
Als Mieter hätte ich am liebsten junge Leute für eine WG, weil ich selbst vor 10 Jahren immer Schwierigkeiten hatte als WG eine Wohnung zu bekommen. Es gibt keine besonderen Anforderungen. Am besten immer Kontakt per Email, ich reagiere üblicherweise in weniger als 24h.
