In einer Nebenstraße in Reudnitz gelegen, Kaufland 100m entfernt, Bushaltestelle und Tramhaltestellen in nächster Umgebung (2-5min Fußweg), 2min bis zum Lene-Voigt-Park mit Tischtennisplatten, Volleyballfeld und Spielplatz.
The appartment is located in Reudnitz, a quiet yet very central district in Leipzig. The huge supermarket "Kaufland" is just around the corner. Tram and bus stops are reached in 2-5min. 2 min walking distance to reach the Lene-Voigt-Park with table tennis, volleyball, playground.
Das Apartment ist mit meine eigenen Studenten-Möbeln und Lebensutensilien ausgestattet, die gerne pflegsam mitbenutzt werden dürfen. Nur an Nichtraucher zu vermieten (bzw Kein Rauchen in der Wohnung).
Die Wände würde ich am liebsten so lassen.
Es wird ein neuer Boden verlegt nächste Woche (momentan: Niederflor-Teppich, neu: Vinyllaminat).

The appartment is fully furnitured and equipped with my personal belongings from my time as a student. You may use them (with care).
I only rent out to non-smokers (no smoking in the appartment!)
A new floor (laminate) will be laid next week.
