Zur Wohnung:
Es handelt sich um eine 3 Raum Wohnung im Altbaustil. Sie umfasst insgesamt 85 m² und kostet inklusive Nebenkosten 700 €. Neben dem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Gäste-/ Arbeitszimmer gehören zu der Wohnung noch ein geräumiger Flur, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, sowie ein Gäste-WC. Alle Zimmer mit Ausnahme des Flurs haben Fenster (Tageslicht).
Wir vermieten die Wohnung möbliert, da wir nach einem Jahr gerne wieder in unsere Vier-Wände zurückkommen möchten. Für die Möblierung fällt eine Nutzungsgebühr/Kaution von 700€ an. Bei Bedarf können wir auch andere Gegenstände, wie einen Staubsauger und Küchengeräte zur Verfügung stellen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung kann auf den Bildern entnommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Trotz der zentralen Lage schläft man nachts sehr gut, da das Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof des Haues gelegen ist.
Im Mietpreis enthalten ist ebenfalls noch ein zur Wohnung gehörender Keller. Außerdem steht allen Mietern ein gemeinsamer Trockenboden zur Verfügung, wo man seine Wäsche aufhängen kann.
Im Haus gibt es keinen Fahrstuhl.
Trotz der zentralen Lage findet sich eigentlich immer ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Diese sind kostenlos nutzbar.

The flat:
It is a 3-room apartment in the old style. It covers a total of 85 square meters and costs € 700 including additional costs. In addition to the bedroom, living room and guest-/ study room, the apartment also has a spacious hall, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a guest toilet. All rooms except for the hallway have windows (daylight).
We will rent the furnished apartment for a year. There is a usage fee / deposit of 700 € for the furniture. If necessary, we can also provide other items, such as a vacuum cleaner and kitchen utensils. The equipment of the apartment can be seen in the pictures.
The apartment is centrally located. Despite the central location, you sleep very well at night, as the bedroom faces the quiet inner courtyard of the house.
The rent also includes a cellar belonging to the apartment. In addition, a common drying floor is available to all tenants, where they can dry their laundry.
There is no elevator in the house.
There is always a parking space in front of the door. These can be used free of charge.
