Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Schleußig, befindet sich im 4. Stock, hat 4 Zimmer und umfasst rund 80 m². Wir vermieten so komplett möbliert, alle Zimmer sind sehr hell und wir haben einen Mini-Balkon. Die beiden größeren Zimmer nutzen wir als Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie als Kinderzimmer. Zwei kleinere Zimmer nutzen wir als Arbeitszimmer und Schlafzimmer. Alles inklusive betragen die Kosten rund 1100 € pro Monat. Melden Sie sich gerne bei Interesse bei uns zurück!
Our cosy, colourful home for rent! We’ll be travelling for 4 months and are looking for a small family or couple to sublet our 4-room flat to. It’s in Schleußig, and has about 80m2 on the 4th floor. Fully furnished, very bright and with the tiniest balcony you’ve ever seen! All rooms are accessible from the hallway. The two biggest rooms are used as living room and kids room respectively. The smaller rooms are used as bed room and office/stowage. All incl. the costs will be €1100/month. Get in touch if you’re interested!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus auf der Könneritzstraße, ist gut angebunden durch Bus und Bahn, es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielplätze, Schwimmbäder und der Park ist sehr nahe.
Könneritzstrasse is the main street in Schleußig with tram and bus connections, many shops, playgrounds, restaurants and access to Leipzig’s biggest park. You can swim in one of two pools down the street or bike 15 minutes to the nearest lake.

Genauso geben wir einen 10 % Discount, wenn Sie die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum vorab bezahlen. Melden Sie sich gerne mit Fragen bei uns!
We’d be happy to leave as much of our furniture, utensils, bikes and toys as you need. We can also sublet 3 rooms (locking the smaller office room) for a 10% discount. We also make a 10% discount if you pay all 4 months up front. We have a family member living down the street who is available for questions or help.
