Die Wohnung ist in der Holbeinstr. im ruhigen Schleußig gelegen, Park und Kanal erreicht ihr in 5 Minuten fußläufig, Tram 1 und 2 ebenso in 5 Minuten via Fuß. Ein Konsum ist auch in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, ebenso wie ein Aldi. Falls es mal später wird, befindet sich direkt gegenüber die Speisekammer.
Schleußig ist als familiärer Kiez bekannt, hat aber ebenso junge, nette Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Wem das nicht reicht, der ist in 15 Minuten Fußmarsch auf der Karl-Heine-Straße.
The river "Elster" is in front of the house and you have a boat bridge, which you can use. There are a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants quiet close in the area. The famous "Clara-Zetkin"-Park is just 5 minutes away by walking and after 15 Minutes walking you get to the famous "Karl-Heine"-street and the area with a lot of galeries, theatres and old fabrics.
