da ich arbeitsbedingt aus Leipzig wegziehe, muss ich schweren Herzens meine schöne Wohnung in Leipzig/Schleußig aufgeben.
Es handelt sich um einer 50 qm 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (mit dem Wohnzimmer als durchgangszimmer, also NICHT WG-geeignet). Wannenbad mit Tageslicht, Einbauküche, geräumiges Kellerabteil und Balkon - alles da. Je nach Bedarf können gerne Möbel (Bücherregale, Schrank, Stühle usw) oder sogar die Waschmaschine übernommen werden, es ist aber keine Voraussetzung.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 300,00 Euro - Nebenkosten, wenn man es richtig warm mag, 150,00 Euro. Die Kaution besteht aus zwei Kaltmieten.
Haltet alle Unterlagen parat: Mietschuldenfreiheitserklärung, Schufa (request now) Auskunft, Arbeitsvertrag und 3 Gehaltsnachweise.

Hello there!
The 50qm flat, located in the west side of Leipzig, comprises 1 kitchen (an electric range+oven, refrigerator and freezer, a sink with running hot and cold water - all there) 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 living room leading to the bedroom. And a great, sunny, quiet balcony! The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for shared flat, but it's ideal for a single person.
The "cold" flat costs 300 Euro. Heating, cable TV and maintenance costs are 150,00 Euro and the deposit is two times the "cold" rent). Electricity and Internet are not included in the rent and will be paid directly to the provider.
Long live the gentrification in this area you can reach within 5-10 min. (depending on your direction) 7 big supermarkets and a few smaller ones. Public transport, bars and restaurants are also just around the corner.
