Wir verlassen unsere schöne Dreiraumwohnung an der Könneritzstraße. Aufgrund der dreimonatigen Kündigungsfrist suchen wir jemanden, der ab dem 1. August einzieht.
Die 670€ Warmmiete ist der Preis den wir gerade zahlen. Es könnte jedoch sein, dass unsere Vermietern diese leicht erhöht. Dies kann noch kommuniziert werden.
Die Küche würden wir bei Interesse abgeben.
Schreibt mir einfach eine Nachricht. WGs sind leider nicht erwünscht. Solltet Ihr jedoch nur zwei sein, könnte es vielleicht klappen.
