Ich vermiete meine schöne 2ZKB in Leipzig Nordost für einige Wochen im Februar. Das Wohnzimmer ist circa 18qm groß und hat einen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten, das kleine Schlafzimmer ist ca 8qm groß. Highlight ist der große Balkon, der zum grünen Innenhof raus geht und von circa 8 bis 14 sonnig ist. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und wünscht sich das auch von euch :)
Ihr fallt aus der Tür und habt wahlweise Penny/Netto/den Mariannenpark/die Krudebude oder das Trago vor der Nase :-)
Von der Eisenbahnstraße trennt euch eine Brücke und zum Bahnhof sind es schlappe 7 Minuten mit dem Rad.
In der Zeit würde ich euch bitten, ein Auge auf meine Pflanzen zu haben - das wäre gleichzeitig auch Bedingung!
+ eine ruhige Person würde ich bevorzugen :)
Falls du das liest und in dem Zeitraum eine Wohnung in Wien untervermietest, lass es mich wissen!
