Eine 15qm Außenterrasse ist im Bau und steht voraussichtlich ab Sommer 2020 zur Verfügung. Nach Fertigstellung (Nutzung) würde sich die Miete um 30 € erhöhen.
Zum Haus gehört ein Hof, der für alle Mitbewohner zur Verfügung steht. Gemischte Mieterstruktur.
