- Zimmer: 11,18qm -> 140,92€ warm (94,25€ kalt)
- großzügig geschnitten (kein Schlauch o.ä.) - Südseite!
- Balkon zum Hof
- Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster
- gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Norma, Lidl, Aldi, Poststelle, Apotheke, Lottolädchen UND: NICHT ZU TOPPEN: der beste Bäcker Leipzigs gleich um die Ecke)
- ruhige Lage mit direkter Bahnverbindung zu den Linien 2, 4, 15, 70 – mit dem Rad ist man jedoch auch sehr schnell in der Stadt (ich brauche ca. 12min)
- Waschmaschine, Herd und Mikrowelle sind definitiv vorhanden, die Küche bleibt auch - nur ein neuer Kühlschrank mit kombiniertem Eisfach oder ein "Doppelgeschoss" wäre von Nöten
- Internet und Festnetzanschluss sind vorhanden
