Dabei wurden alle Fußböden erneuert und die Wände nach modernem Standard feingespachtelt.
Der hochwertige Fußbodenbelag besteht aus exklusiven Holzdielen im Landhausstil. In Bad und Küche wurden moderne Fuxbodenfliesen verlegt. Der Fliesenspiegel im Bad besteht auf dicken Wandfliesen und metallenern Abschlussleisten.
Ebenso verfügt dieses über eine Dusche, einen Handtuchheizkörper sowie über hochwertige Sanitätgegenstände.
Ebenso wurden in Flur, Bad und Küche Deckspots integriert.

I rent a fully furnished room in a furnished apartment in the popular Südvorstadt in Leipzig. The entire apartment was recently extensively modernized and furnished.
All floors were renewed and the walls have been finely smoothed to modern standards.
The high-quality flooring consists of exclusive wooden floorboards in country house style. Modern Fux floor tiles were laid in the bathroom and kitchen. The tile mirror in the bathroom consists of thick wall tiles and metal end strips.
It also has a shower, a towel radiator as well as high quality sanitary ware.
Deck spots have also been integrated in the hallway, bathroom and kitchen.
Wie kaum ein anderer Stadtteil beeindruckt die Südvorstadt mit einem vielfältigen kulturellen Angebot, einer abwechslungsreichen Gastronomie, weitläufigen Parks und ruhigen, in kleinen Seitenstraßen gelegenen, Wohnanlagen.
Die Südvorstadt ist wegen ihrer Nähe zum Zentrum, aber auch zu größeren Parks ein beliebtes Wohngebiet mit Altbausubstanz aus der Gründerzeit. Dass sie insbesondere von jungen Leuten bevorzugt wird, liegt nicht zuletzt an der entlang der Karli und der Nähe zur Universität Leipzig.

The Südvorstadt is a popular residential area with old buildings from the Wilhelminian period because of its proximity to the city centre, but also to larger parks. The fact that it is particularly favoured by young people is due not least to the fact that it is located along the river Karli and close to the University of Leipzig.
