The 2-room apartment is on the first floor in a courtyard atmosphere apartment in the Südvorstadt in Leipzig. There is a wood laminate floor in every room, the washroom is tiled, and there is a washing-machine connection.
The highlight about the apartment is truly the quiet and beautiful courtyard with its balcony, which is accessible through the living room.
The building and neighbouring buildings has a very social atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the flat isn't suitable for shared accommodations, i.e. only for an individual or a couple.

Die Südvorstadt ist ein lebendiges und urbanisiertes Viertel in Leipzig. Die Umgebung, wie das Südvorstadt mit seiner einmaligen Atmosphäre, lädt mit ihren zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés, Szenekneipen, Bars und Geschäften zum Flanieren und Verweilen ein. Und die Innenstadt legt mit Straßenbahn (5min) oder zu Fuß (15min).

The Südvorstadt is lively and urban district of Leipzig. The neighbourhood has a wonderful character with plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. It is also easily accessible and the Old town is only 5 min via the tram or 15 min walking.
