Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett.
Unter uns wohnen Rentner, die nur noch schlecht hören.
Zur Zeit ist die Warmmiete 747 EUR (Mietvertrag ist 1,5 Jahre alt). Rechnet mit 800 EUR.
Wir gehen davon aus, dass WGs nicht akzeptiert werden. Vermieter will zudem die üblichen Nachweise, u.a. sollte vllt. das 3-fache der Miete netto verdient werden.
Es gibt Familien und Paare im Haus, alt bis jung.
Möblierung kann bei Bedarf mit erworben werden.
Übrigens gibt es eine Abstellkammer auf der Halbtreppe.
