I am subletting my amazing flat for a flexible period of time and am searching for a responsible person (or two, a couple works well too)!
If you're searching for a sweet place to stay in Leipzig, entertaining but also quite - this is for you.

🧿From 1st of October for a couple of months (period flexible: shorter/longer possible, lets chat!)
🧿57qm, two rooms (20,15)
🧿for two people incidentals are higher: 660€/month
🧿 Stable and secure internet connection from a local diy-internet group
🧿Big room windows to Eisenbahnstr., sun all day long☀️☀️☀️
Smaller room (bedroom) window to backyard, tree-> calm😌🌿
🧿  Many wgs in the house, many people are familiar to each other, quite a few  musicians/ artists/ politically active people. Quite divers/ different  cultural backgrounds.
🧿 I am a clean person, so tidyness and taking care using things is important to me. I'd appreciate you to do so, too.
