ich, ehemalige Buchhändlerin, vermiete meine niveauvolle, möblierte und ruhig gelegene Wohnung in Leipzig-Wahren.
Ein Bezug wäre ab 15.10.18 bis Ende des Jahres möglich und für ein bis zwei Personen geeignet (aber nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett).
Zur Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Wahrener Rathauses. In 5-10 Minuten Laufnähe befinden sich Stationen von Bahn/Bus/S-Bahn. Mit der S-Bahn benötigt man nur ca. 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Zur Entspannung lädt der nahegelegene Park Auensee ein. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland, Aldi, Bäcker oder Friseur etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
200 € hätte ich gerne als Kaution.
