Hallo zusammen,
Ich suche recht kurzfristig eine Person zur Zwischenmiete für meine 49qm Wohnung in der Münzgasse im Zentrum Süd ab sofort bis zum 30.04.2024. Kürzere Mietzeiten sind leider nicht möglich.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und kann besichtigt werden. Warmmiete beträgt 523€ plus 45€für Telefon/Internet plus 40€ für Strom.
Von der Münzgasse kann man in die Innenstadt schauen, sodass der öpnv per Straßenbahn als auch per S-Bahn in null Komma nichts erreichbar ist. Auch Supermärkte sind fußläufig. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung im Innenhof liegt und nur eine Partei oben drüber und drunter wohnt.
