The flat is located near Kolonnadenstrasse and the Westplatz tram stops. The location is Zentrum West but it's very close to City Center (10 minute walk or less). In one direction (about 5 minutes away) is the popular neighborhood of Gottschedstrasse (with various restaurants, cafes, bars, and the Jewish memorial), in the other direction (also 5 minutes) and you're in Johannapark and Clara Zetkin. Schreberbad is also very close. Zentrum West is a great area with many popular areas and great transport links around the city.

There are many different grocery stores around to choose from : REWE, Aldi, Konsum and Norma are all less than 5 minute walk. Edeka and Penny are also close.
